Job Summary IRI, a thriving non-profit that supports people with developmental disabilities, is seeking a competent maintenance/transportation worker to join our team. As a maintenance/transportation worker you will be assigned to drive agency vehicles to transport the people we support. In addition, you will support our maintenance team with work orders and project completion tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Drive agency vehicles to transport program participants to and from their programs - Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance - Carry out maintenance activities as needed - Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time - Drive agency vehicles to transport program participants to and from their programs - Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage - Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices - Conduct preventative maintenance work - Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work - Conduct safety inspections as scheduled' - Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time About You You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have a passion for helping others and enjoy facility maintenance work as well as driving.
