Description
We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to manage projects from ground breaking to final completion and turnover to clients. We are a General Contracting Company that mainly develops Commercial Construction projects in the South Jersey Area.
Must be experienced in all Phases of Commercial Construction.
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
Develop project schedule
Schedule subcontractors and material orders
Oversee subcontractor scope and work performance
Manage in-house trades
Daily Field reports
Construction Safety reports and meetings
Coordinate job site meetings
Maintain an organized site during construction
Review project cost and activities with office personnel
Estimating
Requirements:
1. Drivers License required.
2. Minimum 10-years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
3. OSHA training is a plus.
4. Excellent phone, email and communication skills.
5. Full Time position.
6. College Degree in Construction Management / Engineering is a plus.
Work Location: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Salem County
