Anyone looking to write and original country music?

I’m a guitarist in Greensboro, 35, tons of experience playing live and am looking for some one interested in writing and recording modern country. There’s a lot of horrible, cookie cutter country songs out these days, but there are some really great ones as well. It’s hard to find other musicians in this area that are interested in writing. Seems most people want to play all covers and most of which, are older rock, 90s, or metal. 90% of bands in this area play mostly the same songs within the genres they cover. I’m tired of all that music, though I still love it. I just want to do something fresh. If you’re interested, let me know and we can talk. I’m not opposed to writing with older people, but if we want to do more than cut demos, I’d prefer work with younger singers. You don’t need to be an amazing musician to be a good writer. So if you’re skill level isn’t high, that’s ok! I have a band that is currently taking a couple months off. I’d love to write some stuff for that group but also for others as well.
