I need an available solid, hardworking, experienced handy man to work to work on a per job basis on some projects I have over the mid to long term. I would like someone available soon, but not solely reliant on my work. While I do have a list of things I need done and will refer you to as much of my network as possible this likely is not a full time job. You will not receive calls to do random things in the middle of the night, but would like to forge a long term relationship.
Some of the things you will need to be able to do:
Familiarity with light plumbing (leaks, replacing parts, etc), electrical (outlets and switches wiring already run), fencing (privacy and chain link), Sheetrock replacement/repair, Hanging doors, some flooring, furnace and ventilation maintenance (not HVAC), Garage Door Openers, woodworking and cabinets, possibly cabinet and countertop installation, furniture repair
I prefer someone licensed and insured, but isn’t 100% necessary.
Must have reliable transportation in the form of a truck and most of your own tools.
