Large waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale is adding to their maintenance staff. General outside work: Cleaning walkways and outdoor furniture, pool, landscaping, painting, trash, etc. Requirements: - Eligible to work in the U.S. - Excellent English - Experience as a handyman, landscaper, etc. - Experience at a luxury resort or on a yacht may be helpful - Willing to do as needed for the upkeep of the property - Neat and professional in appearance and demeanor - Clean background - Clean and valid FL driver license - COVID vaccines - Able to perform physical work, to include lift and carry 50lbs, use of stairs and ladder, use tools, without limitations - Available FULL-TIME Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with some overtime Compensation: - Excellent hourly wage - 100% paid health insurance - 401k account with contributions - Paid time off and holidays - Uniforms provided Serious local candidates, please send a resume and recent photo.
