Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable (on-time-every-time).Hiring for 1st & 2nd shiftPay: $14.25+ (regularly scheduled reviews and opportunities to increase over time) + 50% discount at 90-day review!!!We are looking for a Cannabis Trimmer, Joint Roller and Packager who can become a part of our organization and grow with our company. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, passionate, and able to beat deadlines and meet quotas. This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This team member will need to be able to pay attention to detail and be able to identify contaminates.Responsibilities Maintaining the upmost cleanliness and organized work environment within the trimming room. Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis Have a good understanding of cannabis quality control Effectively trim plants (steady hands needed for each position) Meet company daily quotas Able to use shears with accuracy Required to trim sugar leaf and sticks off plants sticks once plants are dried. Responsible for maintaining quality products. Sorting different strains of cannabis and maintaining organization Being able to identify contaminates (we train) Assisting with any other tasks or responsibilities that are assigned to you by the Team Lead and/or Trim Supervisor Qualifications Cannabis Industry experience is preferred but not required (we provide paid training) Able to stand or sit for an 8 hr. shift Able to lift 25-30 lbs. Move about a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment High School diploma or equivalent required Must be a minimum of 21 years of age SM is an equal opportunity employer.
