We are an accepting and inclusive group who loves cannabis and know how to work hard, work together and achieve results.ScheduleMonday - Friday, Full time day/evening availability is a must until the role and position is established.Responsibilities Attention to detail Ability to work with a strict time sensitive schedule Ability to create and follow through with a sustainable Cure schedule Adhere to a strict Harvest schedule Conduct frequent reviews and interviews Observing all required PPE requirements while trimming Cannabis Effectively and proactively communicate with the Manager of the department Qualifications Metric/Biotrack experience Experience directing a Lead team Positive work culture approach Cannabis Industry experience (preferred but not required) High School diploma or equivalent required Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 50% Discount (industry leading), PTO, PSL and OT when available (holiday pay of 1.5X)Sanctuary Medicinals is an equal opportunity employer.
