Part Time Night Manager - BILINGUAL REQUIRED Sun - Thurs (Approximately 8pm - 1am) City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a part time, bilingual Night Manager to work nights and oversee buildings in a territory, manage quality control, and work with the Facility Service Manager on resolving customer issues. This position works an estimated 20-29 hours Sunday through Thursday with hours ranging from approximately 8:00 pm to 1:00 am. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors. The Night Manager must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, medical, schools, etc. The Night Manager must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others in order to best meet clients’ needs. To learn more, visit: gocitywide.com/oklahoma Qualifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required Demonstrated ability to work both; independently and in a team environment Excellent communication skills Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous supervisory experience Requirements: Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am Ability to work on Wednesdays from 4pm to 5pm for Operations Meeting 6 months of related experience and/or training; hotel auditor, quality control, facilities inspections, etc. Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation to multiple accounts Solid understanding of basic math MS Office experience to include sending attachments to email Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Prompt, regular attendance Rate of Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour $600 per month – Mileage reimbursement
