We defy convention to curate weird, interactive wellness experiences that spark radical belonging. So...what's "drunk" about Drunk Yoga®? …Only the way in which we “intoxicate” the convention of traditional yoga by making it interactive for community-building. We believe that #communitycare is the best form of #selfcare, and we do this by infusing uplifting games, clever icebreakers, and the social ritual of a happy hour into our beginner-friendly classes. Come as you are, and leave happier! FAQ Q: Okay, so this sounds awesome, but I don't like beer. Could I drink something else? A: Absolutely! While alcoholic beverages other than the beer provided at the brewery are prohibited from this event, you can absolutely drink a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice! Delta offers their own craft sodas (cherry, orange, root beer, and ginger beer) and a lemon-lime sparkling water. They also offer Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic beer. So, you do you, and ll your cup with whatever brings you joy! Q: I've never tried yoga before...am I going to...you know...make a fool of myself? A: Of course not. This class is designed to be a "let-your-hair-down-and-smile-while-you-stretch" kind of class. Don't worry about a thing! Q: Do I need a yoga mat? A: Yes! Please bring your own yoga mat, as rentals will not be provided for hygene/safety purposes. Q: Can I drink before the class begins? A: Nope!
