The Christian Business Association of the Palm Beaches is excited to announce the following changes for 2023: we are partnering with the North Palm Beach Country Club to now host our monthly events, and our guests will be treated to an amazing full breakfast provided by Farmer's Table. We are thrilled to have Rex Kirby, President of Verdex Construction, as our special speaker. Rex has a wealth of experience and knowledge, which he is going to share with us during his talk. Learn a little more about Rex: BACKGROUND Rex is a 40+ year veteran of the construction industry with multiple awards, achievements, and recognition to his credit. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Rex moved up the ranks in construction, starting as a project manager and then rising to President of the Southeastern US for a large national construction company prior to founding Verdex Construction in 2014. Headquartered in West Palm Beach, with offices in Tampa and Gainesville, Verdex has quickly become a notable contractor in the State of Florida, noted for its responsiveness, integrity, and quality. Verdex was recently ranked as the 9th largest South Florida General Contractor in 2022 by the South Florida Business Journal, with revenues at $180+ million. From day one, Rex has strived to diversify the firm’s portfolio with a focus on multifamily, senior living, hospitality, commercial, education, public/institutional, office, and industrial. Now with a team of 100+, he inspires everyone to work together to build Verdex’s culture of “Building Something Better” by being engaged, solutions-oriented and unwavering in our commitment to Owners.
