We have a foster who is looking for his forever home. His family was just in a terrible car accident and are no longer able to care for him during recovery. We do know the mom and dad had Husky and Border Collie in them but he is definitely mixed with something else as well. He is very sweet and active. He would make a great hiking companion. He does well with other dogs and cats. He was raised with kids so he does well with younger ones. He does have energy so if your looking for someone to to just sit around with you all day he might not be the right fit for you. He travels very well in the car. We came from Idaho and he was quiet and respectful. He does like to travel to the front seats if left unattended. He is a curious boy and loves to roll is snow and other items when found on walks. He does seem interested to play with toys but never fully gets into it. He might need some coaching. Whines/barks when he needs to be let outside. House trained. Kennel trained. Loves to cuddle. Paws water bowl when drinking so can be a bit messy with that. Transitioning to a proper diet so he has smelly farts at the moment. I haven’t had him chew on anything he’s not supposed to.
