This is a holiday gift you and your Lion will remember forever - created just for Oviedo High Marching Lions and their families. This season, you've performed/see "I AM," a 7-minute long effort to clear chakras under the bright lights on a football field....now is your chance to experience the slo-mo version of this, with guidance from a practitioner who will incorporate bells/tones to help us clear our minds and Be As One on the darkest day of the year (the winter solstice).
