Looking for an experienced (lead person) to lead a team to perform maintenance of lawns, and grounds surrounding a home business or building. Such maintenance may involve lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, trimming of shrubs or trees, cutting trees, raking, pine straw /mulch installation, and some landscaping skills are a plus! Other duties as assigned by service lead/manager. Primary Responsibilities Mow lawn either by push mower or using a riding lawnmower Trimming and edge around walks, flower beds, signs, fences, walls and any other obstructions to maintain a well-manicured appearance Blow /Sweep removal of debris from all sidewalks, curbs, and driveways. all grass cuttings and debris should be properly removed during each visit Trim shrubs and bed maintenance Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed Caring for the hedges by pruning or trimming them as needed
