These circles can assist you in awakening your own innate awareness and ability to heal and move forward in your personal growth and well being. We share what brought us to the circle, we ground deeply in our bodies and work with somatic and mindful practices while relaxing broadly. There is healing done on both an individual and collective level. The circle that s about getting into a deeper more richly relational conversation with the parts that f yourself that have been neglected. The parts that remain hidden in safety for fear of expression. The parts that feel too vulnerable to step out into the world. These locked emotions cause us to feel stuck and tired and need t want to deal with anything. Or it can manifest as overwhelm. Re-relating to yourself is one of most richly satifying things you can do for your self and your personal growth. Stressed out for the Holidays?
