We will teach how to identify emotions and Sensations, talk out the stories in our head to separate fact from fiction, learn how to go with the flow of emotions and build healthy and strong connections with others. We will review critical communication principles from Dr. Jon Gottman, Brené Brown and others, and how these practices will reduce conflicts in relationships and make our communications more productive.
