Skilled Masonry Technician / Skilled Masonry Laborer Position : *Position Pay & Time : Time :* Monday - Friday | 7am - 4pm Pay : *Starts at $15-$18 a hour (depending on experience & skill) Position Details : MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE This position will require some masonry experience but on the job training is offered. Some job duties will include demo, repointing / tuck pointing, grinding out mortar, using a jointer to joint brick work, picking up materials, cutting out bricks, cleaning up job sites, collect payments on site, making mortar and other labor activities. We are looking for individuals with great customer service, great work site attitude and someone interested in further their career at one of the top masonry companies in Virginia. This is not a mason position. This is for a skilled laborer who is able to make mortar, repoint and replace lintels. Any masons applying should note that this is not a job posting for them and should disregard certain information. Most of our technicians average overtime most weeks. We are heading into the winter time so we do ask for individuals applying to be ready to work most weekends depending on weekly weather. We are looking for individuals with great customer service, great attitude and a great work ethic. Requirements : 1. Valid VA drivers license 2. Everyday transportation to our office in Waterside, Norfolk 3. Masonry or masonry labor experience 4. 2 masonry company references or certificates of course completions in the masonry field 5.
