This is a magical little workshop that I’ve been wanting to do for a WHILE… and I’m so excited that everything has aligned to finally allow me to offer it the way I’ve always envisioned. Surface level, this is a workshop to create your own oracle deck, right? But spiritually + energetically, this is so (SO) much more. We’ll open with a cacao ceremony. (Jess, wtf is cacao???) Cacao is basically the rawest, most unprocessed form of chocolate, made from ground up cacao beans. When prepared for ceremony, it is mixed with hot water, honey, and a dash of cayenne to make a drink that tastes similar to hot chocolate, just with a much thicker consistency. (ok, but why are we drinking it?) Cacao resonates deeply with the heart, activating the vibration of love in your body. When shared with others in a ceremonial context, it beautifully unites our energy so that we all vibrate in resonance with one another. I love starting with cacao, because it’s a perfect first step to unite our intentions and open a safe, protected energetic container for us to work in. During the ceremony, I’ll help each of you to connect with + activate your Soul Star Chakra. Located high above your head, your Soul Star holds the imprint of everything your soul intended to accomplish during its 100 year Earth assignment as… You. Once we become aware of and connected with this direct conduit between your soul and the Akashic Records, it’s so much easier to connect with your spiritual gifts, hear your intuition, and channel guidance… Which brings us to the oracle-card-making part of the workshop. (but first, I’m SO excited to be partner with Katie Hansen of Pulpery. Katie makes (by hand!!) beautiful sheets of paper, ALL from recycled materials. I feel a deep responsibility to be intentional with my consumption, and Katie + her process are in perfect alignment with my ethos) With open hearts and your Soul Star chakra cleared, I’ll show you how to channel words + phrases unique to your personal journey. Armed with markers and a stack of cards made from Katie’s artisan paper, you’ll carefully, with intention, inscribe these messages, one by one, until you end up with your own unique, custom deck of oracle cards. These cards can be used to help you gain insight into questions that arise as you continue your human experience. We’ll end with a closing circle to seal our intention under the watchful eye of our Spirit Guides.
