This half-day retreat is designed to help you lovingly release what you no longer need and bring into your life that which nourishes you. Similar to a butterfly leaving behind its former self, we will embark on 2023 with lightness and love to help move more easily through the landscapes of our lives. Gather with the intention of moving towards wellness and ease. Mindfully move through guided journaling, breathing, yoga, and meditation practices. Experience immersive sound experience, surrounded by the vibrational support of crystal singing bowls, therapeutic gongs, ethereal chimes, and more. Guides Jessica and Julie, will offer a Light Circle with fire to burn away private written emotions, experiences, and situations that we no longer need to carry. And similar to an exhale that we release in order to make room for a new inhale, we will leave this half-day retreat ready for a new day and a new year with open hearts.
