COVID Refund Policy - The FINAL SALE and Non-Refundable ticket policy will remain in effect as long as the event takes place. However, if due to COVID concerns, of a local, state or federal government body with the authority to issue mandates locally causes an event to be completely closed down, under these circumstances customers will be notified of the closure of the venue and their tickets will be credited to our next event(s) until fully exchanged for actual, equal purchased ticketed price. Exclusive of free drinks with ticket, the credit also applies to drink tickets purchased separately as an add-on only. Event Liability Disclaimer and Release By purchasing LezPlay's event tickets; I understand and am aware that my participation in the Event may involves risk, including, but not limited to, travel, physical activity, locales where public health and safety may be at risk, or activities that may involve risk that I create for others or others may create for me. I acknowledge that no promises, representations, or affirmations of fact were made to me by LezPlay or its representatives or venue concerning the safety or danger associated with traveling to and from the Event or participating in any activity or interaction related to or associated with the Event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any loss, liability, damages or costs the Indemnified Parties may incur, whether caused by negligence, active or passive, or otherwise, in connection with my participation in the Event.
