Nomadic Flow is embarking on a series of Downtown Belleville Yoga Classes this year and this is our first exciting location! The yoga class is open to all practice levels and beginners are welcomed. Yoga iteself will be a slow vinyasa style class. And matching the theme of our host's vintage market, vintage cocktails will be provided afterwards for students 21 and older. Feel free to stick around and shop this cute downtown boutique and explore the rest of what Downtown Belleville has to offer. Nomadic Flow classes are open to students 12 and over, but under 16 require a parent/guardian attend as well.
