Our featured speaker, Kellie Sauls: Kellie serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) where she is responsible for the direction and oversight of DE&I program development and management within strategic operations and planning across the organization. Ms. Sauls holds a B.A. in Sociology from the UT-Austin and an M.S. in Counseling and Clinical Programs. She has 20 years of higher education experience in various functions championing diversity and inclusion efforts. Her career also includes being a teacher, community-based advocate, psychotherapist, and entrepreneur. Additionally, she has been engaged in impactful volunteer work within her community including board service and training, co-founding a TEDx program in Charlottesville, VA, DE&I consultation services, as well as serving on several local and national diversity related advisory councils. Jen Shultz Jen Shultz is The Founder and Leader of The Non-Nine-to-Five™ where she educates, trains, and coaches conscientious women how to escape the 9-5 and become successfully self-employed through her curated one-on-one work and by bringing all clients together in a safe and sacred community atmosphere. Jen is also an international speaker, a bit of a comedian, and she lives with her sweet dog Hunny in Austin, TX. She has been self-employed for over a decade, after leaving her teaching career in New York City. Reggie Rusk Reggie Rusk played football for the University of Kentucky and continued his football career as a NFL cornerback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks and San Diego Chargers. Reggie Learned early what it takes to become successful. He knows first-hand what a disadvantage it can be to not have the proper information and resources. Lacking the proper NCAA requirements, he was forced to go to the junior college route prior to playing at University of Kentucky, but determination, commitment, and an open mind helped him succeed before, during and after pro sports. Reggie has been assisting young students for the past 15 years, giving them instruction on how to be successful on and off the field.
