Successful Self-Storage Company Hiring Part Time Position: Boots on the Ground person to help maintain our Minot Self Storage Facilities, Minot ND.. We require a person to attend to duties listed below 3 days a week for 2-3 hours at a time. Compensation range $400 to $450 per month. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to Monitor the physical condition of the facility and report maintenance requirements Maintain exterior areas and grounds attractive and free of debris Monthly unit audit to confirm which units are empty or not Overlocking units where necessary Other duties as assigned Skills and Competencies: Able to learn and consistently apply company policies and procedures Confidence to work with minimum direct supervision Professional presentation and appearance. Able to perform light maintenance and clean-up tasks.
