Help need to rehome a mom and pups

Last night someone dropped a female and her pups on my porch. I refuse to take them to the humane society. Hoping someone can help me house them. I can barely manage the dogs I have already but will creative if I have to. Breed is heeler mix and pups still have eyes closed
