Carpenters needed! - Minimum 3 years of experience in framing/carpentry. - Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Must complete background check. Job will include: - Receiving daily and weekly goals from the Project Manager. - Analyzing building plans and leading a 2-4 person crew to complete projects. - Filling out daily reports and documenting progress. - Frequent communication with Management, Customers, and other Contractors. You will be expected to perform the following: - Perform framing/carpentry at the highest level. - Ability to work alone or with others to achieve daily and weekly goals. - Coordinate with other laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors. - Expedite timely completion of the work. - Practice job site safety. - Maintain company equipment. - Communicate professionally at all times with staff and clients. - Participate in pre-construction services and job site preparation. - Maintain the report forms, including daily job log and rolling punch list. - Maintain a good attitude even through adversity. - Be able to problem solve without the direction of superiors.
