Found dog, needs furever home

Hello all, we found this good boy about two months ago in Rosedale MD during a major rainstorm. He had a collar, but once taken to barcs we found he wasn’t chipped and severely underweight. Since then he’s been chipped, neutered, up to date on all shots and well as flea/ tick treatment and heart worm. He’s also gained some weight and is up to 53 lbs. vets suspect him between 2-4 years old. He’s already crate trained and knows a few basic commands but definitely needs more training and recall work. He does well with other dogs after getting to know them, but does become a little people and dog reactive while out in public. Again, with the right training I think none of those things would be an issue. Sadly, I don’t have the time to put into his care and so I’m trying to find a good home/ family for him! So far he’s been responding to the name buddy/ butters. And is a cuddly little bug! Please only serious inquiries only.
