Full Time Live in Maintance person We are a traditional small family business, in a very beautiful historical motel. on the marco river. We are looking for a new employee to strengthen our team: If you can be a team player, diligent, helpful, polite a person of your word and very skilled handyman: Please apply directly to us come to our office daily at 1180 Edington place Marco Island Fl 34145 between 10am and 3pm daily and fill out our application. 30 hours/week 10am - 4pm Must be available on weekends also for 'on call' needs. Duties include: Plumbing - unclog drains, change faucets, change toilet, bathroom vanities, etc. Landscaping - killing weeds, garden clean-up / mulching, hedge trimming, etc. Light Electrical - change a ceiling fan, electrical outlets, etc. TV's light bulbs Light Drywall - repair any holes in walls, patch, paint. Painting/ empty Garbage cans Door Handles and locks Clean A/C and filters Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair Preventative maintenance Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications & Requirements: Must be available for on-call emergencies Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work outdoors Must be willing to work independently Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty Good interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time Reimbursement available for personal vehicle and tool use Must be able to pass a background check English-Speaking Apply in person Tue Wed Thur 10am to 4pm daily at The Boat House Motel, 1180 Edington Place Marco Island Fl 34145.
