IMMEDIATE, FULL TIME, LONG-TERM OPENINGS. ** Currently Recruiting for FULL TIME 7 am, 11 am, 3 pm and 11 pm shifts. All shifts are 8 1/2 hrs long, with 1/2 hr lunch break. ** This job is only available through the Birmingham SOUTH Office! $12.00 /hr. to start, PLUS $520 RETENTION BONUS EVERY 90 DAYS (equivalent to $1.30 - $1.00 more per hr). REQUIREMENTS - Here's What We're Looking For: Must have had at least one longer term job in recent past (job duration of 1-3+ years). Open to working holidays & rotating weekends. Must be suitable to wearing a uniform & working in hospital setting (blood, sick people, etc.). COURTEOUS - not afraid to talk to patients & their families. Punctual & dependable. Ability to learn a process; a hard worker. Floor tech experience is a plus (stripping and waxing). RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all types of housekeeping / janitorial duties for major downtown hospital. Duties include: general cleaning, stripping & waxing floors, making beds, etc. Excellent training program provided.
