Electrician Needed to Run Jumper & New Light Switch

Hi, Looking to hire someone to come out and run a jumper wire, as well as one new wire for a new light switch. It is one building, with one breaker box (see pic), & one light switch that controls the lights of the entire building (see diagram). The building is currently being used as TWO separate spaces but there is currently only ONE box that controls the lights and ceiling fans on both sides of the building, side One & Side Two. I've attached a diagram and some photos. I think what I need is a jumper wire in between Lights A & B and a new wire and light switch installed on Side One. I believe this will solve my problem. The side where the jumper needs to be run is an open attic and the wires are easily accessible. When the job is complete there should be a new light switch on Side One that controls the five overhead lights located on Side One (see diagram). And Side Two's existing switch will control the lights and ceiling fans on Side Two. If you have any questions about this feel free to text me at the number below. Bid is for your labor.
