Part Time Maintenance person needed immediately for commercial property management firm to perform general, all-around maintenance items for our properties. Electrical and plumbing experience or knowledge required and HVAC knowledge a plus. Care for our properties with various tasks such as light replacements, general plumbing needs, make readies of vacancies, asphalt patching, painting, roof inspections and general all-around general maintenance of commercial properties. Days and hours to be discussed and agreed upon. Mileage and phone reimbursement. Must have truck or van for equipment transportation as needed. $20.00-$22.00 per hour to start based on skill level.
