We believe in our mission and make every effort to live our core values.   What you get to accomplish:  Assist service manager with continual improvement of overall service department proficiency. Daily inputting time sheet information to Salesforce, reviewing/approving ADP punches and scheduling time off for technicians. Helps oversee technicians by assigning new work orders and reviewing completion of jobs for accuracy. Assist with installation of mobility equipment and service work as needed. Handles all ordering of parts, tools, and shop supplies as needed. Maximizes installation sales, installation fees and service fees through ensuring quality, timely product installations and repairs. Oversee the preparation of all vehicles for resale, schedule required work, and get ready costs; keeping in mind the controlling of costs and quality on all used vans. Handle Get Ready process including check in, weighing of vehicles, paperwork, etc. and sending to inventory department for approvals. Checks in all new and used vehicles into inventory system as they arrive. Review completed PDI’s for Braun. Complete online Braunability PDI registration as necessary. What you should possess:  High school diploma or GED required. 3 years of automotive management experience.
