Seeking a full-time person to become our General Farm Manager at a 500 cow dairy farm in Stratford, WI. Main duties will include overseeing feeding center employees and shop maintenance employees to achieve the following tasks: basic milking parlor repairs, ensure all machinery and equipment remains operational, perform maintenance on facilities, spring planting and fall harvest activities, nutrient management duties, and oversee purchases for farm repairs. Requirements of this position: Can drive a wide variety of equipment and a working knowledge of general machinery repair and carpentry work. You will need a base knowledge of the daily operations of a dairy farm. Previous experience managing employees is a plus. Valid driver's license. Most importantly you must possess the ability to work with a team of people to achieve common goals. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 4:30am-4:30pm and every other week rotation. Pay is based on experience and skill level. We look forward to meeting with you!
