Today's Republicans not the Republicans of yesterday

Growing up, I watched movies and TV shows about conservative America. They were always portrayed as honest, brave, trustworthy, not always so intelligent but they were Pro America and pro Constitution, finding the bad guys and protecting our country. That was then, this is now. The Republicans of today have become nothing more than power hungry lunatics conspiring to compromise the constitution at every level in order enact voter suppression laws so they can attempt to hold on to power despite their ever shrinking base. They have no interest in helping the American people. Instead, all they do is focus on conspiracy theories so they can rile their base to the polls. They are more concerned with things like Hillary's emails or Benghazi, or Hunter Biden's lap top or a "stolen" election. None of these things proved to hold weight and none of them added any benefit to the lives of the common man! They simply ate up millions of tax dollars and accomplished nothing. All the while, the Democrats push through some common sense gun legislation, the affordable care act, the inflation reduction act. etc. etc. etc. The choice is clear. You can be an angry, ineffective, conspiracy, monger republican or you can be a US citizen interested in helping America like the Democrats. Just look at all the conservative clowns on Craigslist.....they offer no solutions or alternatives to any of the problems they place on the shoulders of Democrats. All they do is whine and bitch and moan like a baby who can't find his pacifier. I have a solution.....Stop watching Fox news so you can start putting factual info in your brain. Get over this conspiracy addiction. The world isn't out to get you...and finally, once you realize just how low you've stooped, go out and make an intelligent choice at the polls....for a change.
