Looking for members to join a project I’m starting, based out of Philly but hoping to expand out later on… see below for details! Email me if there’s interest, and I can share links to our Meetup, Facebook & Twitter accounts. >>The goal of this group is to crowdsource ideas and solutions to further assist in progress for Alzheimer’s research, treatments, prevention, etc. We welcome ALL backgrounds, experience, expertise, jobs, interests. This group is NOT limited to just healthcare professionals or scientists or researchers. I am none of those things myself! I’m just someone who strongly believes that the problem of Alzheimer’s needs much more support than is currently being provided. We are NOT affiliated with any organization, nonprofit or association. We are a grassroots effort working from the ground up. Lastly, we are NOT a support group. But that doesn’t mean you can’t join if you want to help us in any way. It’s very likely that some of us are affected by Alzheimer’s directly or indirectly, so we want to make a space where people can feel like they’re helping and valuable to the cause.
