Mickey the cat was last seen December 10th on SE 8th street around 14th ave. He may still have a vet cone around his neck due to recent vet visit. He needs medical care. He is mostly white but has a brown/grey tabby tail, a misshapen heart on his back at the shoulders and brown/grey ears.
