Cleaning of driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster area, exterior hallways, laundry rooms, or any other public areas Maintenance of flowerbeds, plants and grass areas Pool cleaning or routine maintenance Shoveling snow from walks and driveways as well as spreading salt to prevent ice buildup Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or other site emergencies QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or Equivalent 1-2 Years Experience in Maintenance Field Apartment Experience Preferred Must Pass Background Screening
