Maintenace technician needed to perform duties on a nice property such as plumbing, electrical outlets, installing dishwashers when needed. Possible tile work in bathroom, not often. Perform maintenance on turnovers, installing light fixtures, ceiling fans and caulking bathrooms and kitchens. Painting is a plus. This is an 88 unit complex.
