Atlanta Porter Services provides exterior property maintenance for properties in the downtown Atlanta area and is seeking a trash porter to maintain a route of properties within the portfolio. These properties require a certain level of attention and the perfect candidate will have great attention to detail as well as excellent reliability. **You must have your own truck to fulfill this position. The job duties requires driving to each property and for trash to be transported to on site compactors and for occasional removal of illegal dumping. A truck is required and compensation will be discussed. Job Duties Include: *Removal of Common Area Trash Liners *Leaf Blowing *Litter removal *Detailed Cleaning *Removal of Illegal Dumping *Report Property Information to Management We work very closely with property management to make sure the properties look great all the time. Our porters perform a variety of tasks, as needed, to maintain the appearance of the properties. This is a full-time position. It is typically a 6:30am to 3:30pm (with lunch break) shift 5 days a week.
