HIRING PART TIME POSITION: Burlington area property management company looking to hire a part time maintenance/handyman person to join our real estate company. Ideal candidate has experience with carpentry, painting, basic electrical (ie installing light fixtures), and basic plumbing (ie drain pipes). Maintenance person should be personable and willing to meet with tenants. There may be the opportunity to work on larger renovation projects with a few of our other handyman from time to time. Hours will typically range from 15-25 hours/week, sometimes more. Pay will be based on experience and availability. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right candidate; opportunities for growth and potential full-time position down the road. The vast majority of properties are located in Burlington and Winooski.
