National real estate company is seeking HVAC maintenance candidates in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our HVAC Maintenance Technician will assist in all areas of apartment upkeep, maintenance, and repair. Our ideal candidate will have on-site, hands-on knowledge, and be hard-working, driven and organized. Responsibilities will include assisting in apartment turns, maintaining the property, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, rehab projects and more. This person needs to be able to juggle multiple projects, provide excellent customer service, and have reliable transportation and tools. We are big believers in preventative maintenance and creative problem-solving on the job. We want someone who can get the job done and take ownership of his/her tasks and projects while being able to “roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty”. Requirements: Apartment maintenance experience preferred HVAC or Universal EPA certification required CPO or certification in electrical, plumbing or refrigeration preferred Light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills Ability to respond quickly to emergencies This position offers excellent hourly wages and benefits – work hard and you will reap the benefits with our company.
