Hi all. Looking to form a band. I am a guitarist and have a practice space in Bedstuy with a passable drum set (bring your snare and cymbals), PA and room for about 4 total musicians. Currently listening to a lot of kraut rock, ryuichi sakamoto, lou reed, stereolab. I like droning out but I also enjoy straight rock songwriting. Sometimes I want to form a cover band that only plays Lou Reed’s Coney Island Baby. Other times I just want to make ears bleed or zone tf out! Melody forward! Analog sound! If interested lemme know and send a sample of something u recorded or just let me know what kind of music you like and/or see yourself playing. I’m not too preoccupied with how experienced you are, just have your equipment in order. I have songs but I’m not trying to form a project around them. I just want to collaborate and make cool sounds. Bass, Drums a must.
