Probable exotic bully, spotted at large

Description

Spotted an exotic bully running loose around 1PM off Malcolm X/old Main Street. She didn't want to be approached, but she had a brown (?) collar without tags. She looked like she may have recently given birth and I believe she was isabella in color.
