Responsibilities Include = completing service tickets and log all assigned work orders, keep grounds free of debris and trash. Resolve electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs & installation service and replacements in a responsible and professional manner. Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches and fuses Installation and minor repairs of appliances toilets, sinks vanities and disposals,caulking and other varieties of tasks of day to day maintenance. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND VEHICLE !!!!
