Senate Cleaning is looking for an experienced janitor that can clean the common areas of commercial property including but not limited to: - Mopping - Vacuuming - Trash Removal - Dusting - Window Cleaning - Bathroom Cleaning - Policing the grounds - Stainless Steel Polishing REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to work Friday or Thursday from 9:30 am - 1:00 pm - Must have a valid driver's license and a car registered in your name or spouse's name. - Must be able to write a weekly report (with pictures) - Must be able to work with limited supervision - Must be able to pass a background check - Must have excellent customer service skills - Must be a legal us citizen or resident - Must own a smartphone - Must be a team player Location Schedules Location 1: is once a week and pays 3hr. It can be done on Wednesday or Thursday day time between the hours of 12:00-3:00pm Baltimore Ave suites 1 & 2 Beltsville, Maryland 20705 Location 2: is once per week and can be done Wednesday, Thursday or Friday it pays 2hr it can be done daytime between the hours of 9 am-4 pm Good Luck Road Riverdale, Maryland 20737 location 3: is once per week and pays 1hr it can be done anytime during the week mon-Friday day time between the hours of 9:00 am-3:00 pm Tucker Street Beltsville, Maryland 20705 location 4: is done 3 nights per week and pays 1 hr Monday & Wednesday & Friday and can be done anytime after 5:00 pm Greenbelt Rd, Berwyn Heights, MD 20740
