Need someone to keep our 2 year old

We are looking for someone to keep our 2 year old. We have recently moved to Franklin as my wife is a traveling nurse. We would need someone to keep her Monday thru Friday. I’m home daycare preferred but with the right person we could work things out. Please understand it is hard for us to do this as she has stayed with me (her father) since day one.
