Pine Haven Estates is a 29 unit mobile home park looking for a handyman to help with maintance items around the park. Workload will be approximatley five to ten hours per month and most of the work can be done on your own flexible timeline. The work will include carpenty, light plumbing, minor tree work, landscaping, debri hauling etc. Starting pay will be $25 per hour and willing to pay more for skilled work such as electrical and plumbing.
