My name is David, I'm a 31 year old drummer from Lancaster. I started playing at 7 years old both taking lessons and teaching myself as well. I have a somewhat unorthodox style being right handed and setting up mostly left handed. I also write songs with my guitar and enjoy contributing to the songwriting process. Over the years I have played with musicians with many different tastes. I've always been interested in and adaptive to many genres. (Pop, rock, funk, blues, jazz, prog rock, jam band, indie rock, folk, punk, metal, country, Americana, r&b, reggae, etc) I'm looking for an original band that is pretty well established with songs written and that continues to write music. I've played in cover bands as well and though it's not my preference to perform as a cover band, I'm open to playing them. Sometimes it is a good way to get a feel for each other musically.
