Job Duties: * Attend pre-season training. * Conduct site visits and pre-season damage analysis. * Establish great client relationships. * Manage assigned sub-contractors. * Solve any issues and / or non-performance. * Assist in plowing operations. * Truck with plow and sander provided. Requirements: * Managerial experience * Snow experience preferred, but not required * Familiar with smartphone and tablet technology * Basic knowledge or aptitude to learn plow truck and sander operations for snow removal ** Hold current driver’s license with clean driving record ** Ability to work long shifts and available 24/7 during any snow or ice events
