If you want to learn a little bit more about us, please check out our webpage: PART-TIME POSITION Job Description: - Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to plumbing, architectural and minor electrical assets as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan. - Responsible for electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance of the facilities. - Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance for preventive maintenance. - Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with the Supervisor. - Performing the filling of the work orders/ inspection forms and preventive maintenance checklist related to plumbing electrical and architectural work. - Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation. - Responsible for following the Quality Control program.
