Re-Homing my 5 month old puppy

I have a 5-month-old puppy that I am wanting to re-home. She is such a sweet puppy. Her name is Sophia. She is crate and house broken. She loves people and loves to play with children. The reason why I am re-homing her is because, I have chickens and she loves to run after them. My chickens don't like her, so I had to make a decision. She comes with a crate. She has started vet care and shots also.
