Rehoming furbabies

I have 3 dogs I need to rehome. All are full purebred with amazing pedigrees. They will all come with their registration, shot records, and etc. Red/White Siberian Husky (female)(2years old), Phantom Standard Poodle(female)(1 year old), Golden Retriever (light golden male 8 months old). Not free! All have a rehoming fee. They are all unaltered, never bred, good with kids, good with other dogs. Kennel trained, they kennel on command, house trained and potty trained. Husky comes with her kennel and golden retriever comes with his as they both prefer their kennel and if the door is left open they will kennel on their own and nap. All know sit, all know kennel, all know down. Poodle and golden fetch so they also know go and drop, go meaning to fetch and drop meaning to drop what they fetched. All 3 will do almost anything for soft treats so they are very easy to train. All are very friendly and lovable. Rehoming them to no fault of their own. My neighbor has several big dogs in a small area, the dogs dig into my yard and also out of their own. Problem with it is, now my furbabies have started following them back into their yard and getting out. I live right on a highway and I fear if this continues my furbabies will get ran over. I have tried to speak with neighbor, the neighbor wasn’t home and I was told by a family member there, my neighbor would contact me to try and come to a solution. However after several weeks, neighbor hasn’t contacted me and I still can’t catch neighbor at home to speak on this matter. I have tried other options such as in ground fence with collar bc of all the digging at fence, the electrical line has been broke several times and I can not afford to keep replacing electrical line every few days for my entire back yard. I’m at a loss here and really don’t want to have rehome my furbabies but for their safety, I’m left without another option.
